1. Using the service

You must have the rights to upload and process any images you submit.
Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
You agree not to misuse the Service (for example, attempting to overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits).

2. Your content

You keep ownership of your images. You grant ZipPixel a limited permission to process your images only for the purpose of generating your output ZIP.

3. Availability

We aim to keep ZipPixel available and reliable, but the Service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control.

4. Disclaimers

ZipPixel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipPixel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use ZipPixel after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
